BAKA - Models
The hinge systems from the BAKA Protect 4000 3D series for rebated, flush-rebated and unrebated entrance doors can bear loads up to 160 kg. The convenient 3D adjustment allows the height and compression to be adjusted by +/- 3 mm to the side. If desired, all designs can be equipped with a security pin (MSTS) as additional protection for outwards opening entrance doors.

The BAKA Protect 2000 2D model is principally designed for slim leaf geometries, and the milling work is minimal. The timber entrance door hinge has a load capacity of 120 kg, where side and compression adjustments of +/- 3.0 mm can be made. Besides the straightforward two-dimensional adjustability, the hinge system features tried-and-tested slide bearings

2- and 3-part hinges and drill-in hinges for rebated timber doors. Different models with load capacities from 60 kg to 100 kg allow adaptations to blind frames and block frames to be made on a case-by-case basis
The 2- and 3-part hinges and drill-in hinges for timber windows make for a harmonious appearance with the door. The model variants have a wide range of surface finishes – gold-plated and galvanised – and different head shapes which can be used both on blind frames as well as block and casing frames. The hinges are suitable for tilting and rotary wings. For tilting wings, it is recommended to use an additional security pin (MSTS).
